The AlltheInterweb News blog normally lives within the main AlltheInterweb Blogs back over on our posh webhosting with it's own domain.
This presence here on Blogger / Blogspot is here as a sort of back-up account so I can keep things rolling when the main website is out of action. Usually this happens when the webhosts send me a huge webhosting bill a few days after I've got my budget all worked out and committed to stuff for the next 3-4weeks until I get paid my main source of income again.
AlltheInterweb News aims to bring news stories that matter to people who prefer to read blogs instead of get it direct from the websites of well known popular news outlets who can afford to have staff, and various other expenses smaller outlets like my effort with this thing.
With 25-years experience poking around on websites, AlltheInterweb aims to try keep things as readable as possible, long after other big news outlets seem to have opted for a scatter-gun approach to plonking advertising on their websites, and load them up with so many cookies it seems to make browsing the web more resource intensive on a modest budget gaming PC harder than trying to play EuroTruck Simulator 2 or Cities Skylines at higher settings.
Much like other popular news aggregation websites and smaller outlets such as The Drudge Report, Bongino Report, Breitbart, Twitchy and a few others I can't think of right now..... basically we piece together bits of information about news stories from a bunch of different news websites and try to cobble it together into a blog article that gives you at least a brief summary of what is going on, and links to where you can read further into it if you feel the urge.
